This morning I woke up feeling like shit.
That might not sound very unusual to most people, but considering I’m used waking up at the crack of dawn, I was a little concerned.
Still, I powered through and made it to work, but now that I’m here I’m feeling absolutely drained.
I thought I was the only one, until my co-worker walked in the office and the first he said to me was: “I feel like shit right now.”
So we decided to message some of our friends, and everyone we spoke to seems to be feeling a little extra sluggish this morning.
We conducted a quick poll on Twitter and last we checked, 78% of respondents said they were feeling more tired and sleepy than usual.

What the fuck is going on this morning?!
Well it turns out it could be the weird temperature change and humidity messing with us.
The weather has a huge impact on our bodies and our brains, and it gets worse whenever there’s a sudden change in weather.
Higher humidity and low pressure is linked to poor concentration, sleepiness and a lowered mood.
Even worse, most people think that Seasonal Affective Disorder only happens in the winter, but they are wrong. Many people can start feeling symptoms of SAD towards the end of summer.
The symptoms of Summer SAD include insomnia, irritability, unusual appetite, anxiety, weight gain or loss and a decreased sex drive.
So if you’re feeling extra tired this morning, don’t worry, it’s not just you, we’re all feeling it too.
