Winter firework show
December 10,17,24 and January 7, 2017, at 8:00 PM.
Old Port skating rink.
Alright, guys, I’m calling it: winter is here. It’s snowy. It’s cold. It’s icy… And we don’t even have the holidays to look forward to anymore.
But don’t worry; not all is lost. Montrealers know how to adapt to the winter, and we’ve got tons of awesome things going down to combat the winter blues.
Like the super fun “winter fireworks festival” going down in the Old Port on Saturday, January 7.
If this sounds like a super fun event, that’s because it is.
Basically, starting at 8:00 PM, everyone’s favourite skating rink (AKA the Old Port Skating Rink) will turn into the perfect backdrop for a super fun, wintery firework show.
The skating rink itself will be illuminated, too, so whether you’re actually skating or just watching the show, you’re in for some highkey gorgeous sights.
The Natrel Fire On Ice event is free to attend, but normal skating rink rates still apply.
If this sounds like the most fun you can have while skating, then check out their website for more information.
