1. Parachute Montreal

Located approximately 45 minutes from the city centre,Parachute Montreal offers a unique experience to beginner, intermediate and advanced skydivers. The full experience lasts between 2-3 hours depending your skill level and the height at which you choose to jump. Located in the heart of the Old Port, Voiles on Voiles is the perfect attraction for families seeking adventure. This nautically themed obstacle course offers 7 different paths; some perfectly tailored for tots and others for adults who are up for the challenge. Prices range from 7$-25$.


5. Montreal Jet Boating

Are you ready to take the plunge? If you're prepared to get a little bit wet and wild, Montreal Rafting should definitely be on your summer bucket list. Put your life in the hands of a trusty captain aboard a jet boat and get prepared to brave the Lachine Rapids. This activity is guaranteed to get your heart racing! 6. The Great Canadian Bungee

Although you might have to make a day of this one, The Great Canadian Bungee is definitely worth the drive. Boasting the highest bridge jump in North America at 200 feet high and 160 feet deep, this activity is not for the faint of heart! Having been in business for over 20 years, the warm staff at The Great Canadian Bungee puts safety first and will make sure your trip is memorable and as comfortable as a 360 ft drop can be!


7. Trapezium

Awaken your inner circus performer at Trapezium in Laval. Not only is it the perfect activity for the local adrenaline junkie, but it's also a great workout! Whether you want to fly blind and test your natural skills, or you'd rather take some notes from the pros in a one-on-one lesson, Trapezium offers a wide range of packages at reasonable prices to suit all of your acrobatic needs. 8. Clip n' Climb

Don't let the bright colours fool you, this one's a real challenge! Also located in Laval, this indoor obstacle course is a fun/terrifying activity for any adventure seeker rain or shine. With obstacles over 10 meters high, vertical slides, and velcro walls, Clip and Climb will have you feeling like a kid again.


9. Peur Depot: Virus The Game

Put your heart and mind to the test with Peur Depot's latest challenge: Virus the Game. You'll feel like you've been cast in the latest SAW spinoff movie trying to defeat a powerful and malignant virus before it's too late! Peur Depot is so dedicated to creating the scariest experience possible that they actually brought in a special radio frequency indication technology to measure their performance. The waves are transmitted and recorded via a bracelet you'll get when you arrive. Reservations do not have to be made in advance.


10. Dropzone VPP

Although you might have to start planning right away, this heart pounding activity is not one you want to miss for many reasons. What adrenaline junkie would want to miss an opportunity to rappel down a 20 storey building for charity alongside some of your favourite local celebrities? Each year come September, the Quebec Society for Disabled Children hosts an event that allows you to do just that. If you can raise 1,500$ in pledges, you are eligible to participate.
