Favorite Booty Workouts:

1. Barbell squat side kick

2. Sumo squats

3. Stiff leg deadlift

4. Barbell step ups

5. Walking lunges with kickback

These exercises have an emphasis on your abductors (side of the booty) and adductors (inner thighs). I know most of us really want to work on those areas, so I hope this workout will be helpful to you!

Favorite Booty Workout:

body weight squat x 50 Bb squat x 15 Increase weight every set for 12 reps 10reps 8reps 6reps

Increase weight every set for 12 reps 10reps 8reps 6reps

Then I take off weights 8, 12, 15 until back to 50 x body weight squats

10 sets of squats and boom! It's quick and efficient!

Favorite Booty Workouts:

I always do/add something extra during regular booty workouts to maximize the burn.

1. mixing weights + plyometrics (ex: lunges with weights and right after jump lunges)

2. side walk squats with resistance band + hold squat position for 30 sec -kick backs with ankle weights + kick back pulses

My best advice to really develop the glutes is to go low in your squat position. Think of pushing through your heels when you rise to your initial position. Think of shifting your weight to your heels and booty instead of leaning forward and working your quads, mind muscle connection is key !

To build your booty, perform 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps at 75-80% of your 1RM of the exercises in the video! Enjoy the burn!

Part 1 - 10 mins Emom (10 back squat every minute for 10 mins)

Part 2 - 40 walking lunges - 20 deadlift plank - 20/ 20 butt kicks - 20/20 curtsey squats - 40 Jump squats 20 Hip thrusts 20 Frog Pumps .... now REPEAT!!
