10 Montreal Hotel Rooms You Can Get For $100 Or Less

Chique, clean and inexpensive.

Is there anything better than stumbling home drunk and passing out in your bed? Yes. Stumbling into your hotel room after a night of partying downtown and passing out in a fresh, comfy hotel bed. Maybe taking the walk of shame into a hotel isn't your thing. Maybe your S.O. is making you sleep on the couch. Maybe you're more into celebrating things by chilling with a few friends for the night, or - the craziest option of all - maybe you're a visitor from out of town.

No matter what you might need a hotel room for, prices can get super expensive, so if you're just not down to venture deep into the triple-digit territory, here are some great affordable alternatives.

1. Auberge St. Jacques

6120 Rue Saint-Jacques

Okay, think of a motel. Thought of one? Good. Are the rooms modern and clean? Is the service great? Is there a built-in banya sauna? Nope? Then maybe you're not thinking of the right motel. With all of these features and more, Auberge St. Jacques is pretty much one of the nicest motels Montreal has to offer. And to sweeten the deal? Prices start at roughly $95 a night.

2. Hotel de Paris

901 Rue Sherbrooke E

Adorable, pint-sized 'Budget Rooms' make the stay at Hotel de Paris super affordable. Although rates vary depending on the room and the date of check in, prices can start at about $89 per night. For a hotel that's located right on the Plateau (and about a 10-minute walk from Parc La Fontaine), that's a pretty sweet deal.

If you're a Concordia student, chances are you know what I'm talking about. That tall apartment building with the blue sign, literally five minutes away from the SGW campus? Yeah, not an apartment at all. In reality, it's a hotel - and a nice, modern one to boot. Although the lowest rate seems to be $75, like all hotels prices vary by date and room, so your best bet is always to check the website.

4. Hotel Celebrities

1095 Rue Saint-Denis

If theme rooms are your thing - and who are we kidding, theme rooms should absolutely be your thing - then Hotel Celebrities is the place for you. Although this cute, trendy hotel offers rooms of various sizes and themes (African-inspired hotel room anyone?) their most inexpensive room is the 'Tourist', which can begin at $49 depending on the day. If that's not your thing, you can book bigger rooms for about $89, depending on the date and package you select.

Anyone who doesn't feel like cabbing it all the way back home after a night of partying.
