9 Places Where You Can Buy Cheap Organic Food In Montreal This Summer

If you are looking to get into sustainable living and organic alternatives like many Montrealers are, you know it can be hard to find wallet-friendly retailers. With GMO foods being sold everywhere (and at low costs), organic or environmentally conscientious products can seem hard to come by. That is why we've have tracked down the ten best places to get organic food in Montreal this summer, so you can start making the change to healthier, organic living.

1. Concordia's Farmers’ Market

Reggie's Terrace (rue Mackay)

Concordia’s newest sustainable program has been providing students and teachers with fresh, locally grown organic food. Now closed for the summer, it is otherwise held every Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. This student run initiative provides everything from fresh veggies to homemade breads. If you're itching to check it out this fall semester, head on over to the second floor of the Hall building (right beside the Hive) and enjoy!
