The list is back! What list you ask? Well ladies and gents, I have decided to take the term foodie to another level. You saw it for best dinner places, and now I've got the trendiest spots with incredible specialities that will make you call up an ex, just so you have a date to take to to one of these places.

Just a couple months into 2016, and there's already so many new restaurants to dine at. This is SO exciting! Feast yourselves with Montreal's finest...Eat at your own risk.

Foxy is the new venture of Olive & Gourmando owners Dyan Solomon and Éric Girard. Interesting fact: Foxy is the name of their dog! Also picture delicious vegetables, home made feta, and meats smoked-in house on a [wood-fired] bread oven.

The East restaurant offers pan-Asian cuisine in an eclectic and modern decor with details reminiscent of the effervescent era of Old Shanghai. They've got speciality dishes coming straight from the source, and even breakfast a la Dim Sum.

Of course the speciality here is meatballs! Try the beef bacon cheddar ones, or the tuna and spicy mayo. They come in three so I suggest you just take a couple of the best ones and share! They are out of this world.
