What's more serene than a Canadian lake in the summer time? Probably nothing, honestly. Canada is home to some of the most unreal lakes that are so calm, blue and refreshing it's almost unbelievable.

Here in Quebec we have so many national parks filled with sparkling lakes to explore! All you have to do is pick one and you're guaranteed a gorgeous, relaxing, and magical lake experience this summer. 

There's tons of fun activities you can experience on these lakes, you can go kayaking, canoeing, and swimming. But the most fun new summer craze is stand up paddle boarding, or SUP. 

It's basically a surf board but instead of laying down and riding the waves, you're standing up with paddle, paddling yourself across the water. It's so much fun and it's great exercise! So get yourself to one of these amazing lakes this summer and have and you'll see what's SUP.
