As if dating wasn’t already an ordeal, what with checking your breath doesn’t smell and that they turn out to actually be the person in the photograph, try adding eating healthy to the mix.

Knowing that a bagel from Montreal’s famous St-Viateur Bagel and a poutine at La Banquise aren’t going to cut it; the question is, where do you take the health-food lover in your life?

Lucky for us, we are spoilt for choice, as Montreal boasts many healthy restaurants, and being a bit of a health guru and foodie myself, I would be more than happy to share with you 12 great places to take that healthy eater in your life.
