Putting together a list like this one is difficult. Many people have different opinions when it comes to what defines "the best" ski resorts. Some prefer hidden gems, some prefer the ones that get the most snow and some just want a big spectacular village at the base of the Mountain. So instead of relying on reviews or past rankings, I decided to consult my skier and snowboarder friends that have actually been to these mountains. (So we know what we're talking about.)
