15 STM Metro Stations That Montreal Needs BADLY

The story of the Montreal Metro system is a long tale full of disappointment. The first metro proposal was a single line running from Bleury to Mount-Royal and eventually grew to a much bigger project than began being built in 1962. Since that time the plans for the metro system have been constantly changing.
Certain planned metro lines were scrapped such as the original 3rd line which was meant to be partially above ground. That line was replaced by the yellow line which was built especially for Expo '67. Many other lines were promised and never built which has led us at MTL Blog to think about all the metro stations that will sadly never exist. Here are some of the stations we would have loved to see:
