Well, instead of just checking out the same old boring ice cream shops, why not try some of Quebec's bucket list gelato, hard ice cream, soft serve, and frozen yogurt spots?! This Quebec gelato spot sure has out done themselves! Maître Glacier not only specializes in creating fabulous cakes, but they also have delightful lemon gelato and graham cookies, or their Caramello Fruite, with raspberry and mango sorbet and caramel gelato.

Located in Ahuntsic on Fleury Street, Virevent will literally make you feel like you are in Italy! It may not be a "big road trip" but it sure is worth it is you don't want to leave Montreal. Everything is basically homemade and they are most known for their spectacular gelato.

This local ice cream shop is truly AMAZING! Tutto Gelato has awesome, rich, decadent, and fruity flavors that will make you feel like you are on cloud nine! Plus, they have INSANE flavors such as rice and cinnamon, wine-soaked raisin, and avocado.


4. La Lichette

Not only is Magog an adorable time, but They also have La Lichette, and amazing gelato spot! All of their gelatos are made in-house and 514% to die for. I mean they even have banana gelato?!

Not only is they address #1, but so is their gelato!Nym Gelato is in the heart of Quebec and I swear their gelato came right off the boat from Italy! They have a variety of superb flavors so anyone and everyone can find something they like.

2. La Cigale

La Cigale is merely two hours away from Montreal and trust me, it is so worth the drive. Not only do they have a variety of flavors, but they offer some super cool flavors - like matcha and malted milk - made with high quality ingredients, which makes for an ice cream experience unlike any other.

Chocolats Favoris is less than an hour away from Montreal and they are hella popular! I mean, they are basically the Diperie of Trois-Rivières! I mean, you can dip that ace ice cream in any one of 12 coatings!
