Portions of three Montreal STM metro lines have been shut down due to the presence of smoke.
UPDATE: Normal metro service has resumed on all 3 lines.
EARLIER: The STM posted notice of the shutdowns to the Twitter accounts of the green, orange, and yellow lines.
The blue line has not been affected.
It is likely but unconfirmed that the smoke is in the vicinity of Berri-UQAM station, the transfer station of the three shutdown lines.
It is also the busiest station in the Montreal metro network.
