$3,000,000,000 Montreal To Quebec City Monorail In The Works

Something that has been in the works for quite some time now is finally building up some steam. A Montreal to Quebec City Monorail is looking to perhaps become a reality sooner then you think. A good idea? Perhaps, perhaps not but the Quebec government have invested quite a bit of time recently in putting a study together to see if it is viable for the province. Lets take a look at strong points and numbers in regards to the proposed idea.

  • The undertaking would cost 3 Billion dollars roughly, yes that's Billion with a capital B.

  • The trip between Montreal and Quebec City would take just over 1 Hour.

  • The build was thought up by Quebecers and will be built by Quebecers... Hopefully.

  • The Monorail would most likely be fully electric.
