When I started doing my research for this list, I figured, that I would find a modest dozen, and maybe twenty-something (at most) quality free events to talk about for the month of June.ย That is usually the case in the winter months.

But, as I carefully dug through Facebook events, Instagram hashtags, and Twitter posts, I found my list getting longer and longer by the minute. And before I knew it, I was up to thirty!ย I couldn't believe that all these awesome events, shows, food festivals, fairs, parties are totally free!
It made it realize that June is really a special month in Montreal.ย There is so much to do, free or not - so there's no excuse to stay inside. Get out and enjoy the city today, summer is officially here!
