Halloween is a magical holiday not simply for the crazy parties or scandalous costumes. What people seem to forget as they grow older is the true core of Halloween, the heart of the holiday that made us brim with glee in our childhood. I am, of course, talking about all of the sweet treats you get to eat on Halloween, a crucial (and delicious) aspect Montreal's Léché Desserts has not forgotten.

On any given day of the year Léché providessome amazing donuts, though like any good purveyor of sweet eats, the dessert shop has a whole line of Halloween-tastic delights. A seasonally spooky twist on some of their classic donut flavours, Léché's line of Halloween treats promise to be just as good as their usual creations, just with some added flair.

Get over to the St. Henri location (map) by Sunday, because after Halloweekend, the sinful sweets will no longer be available. Not only do these donuts trump any candy you ever got at a neighbor's door, but you'll automatically become the most beloved person on the block if you give out a few of these donuts to any trick or treaters.
