It's all about the weather here in Montreal. We're either talking about it, taking advantage of it or cowering in fear because of it. When you live in this city, you don't decided what you're going to do, you let the weather decide for you. Which is why so many of us end up sitting on our asses for the entire winter season. The month of August just ended and we've been enjoying warmer than normal temperatures, but the fun is about to end because September weather is going to suck. BIG TIME. Here are 5 reasons why.
1. It's going to be way too nice outside.
That's right September is going to be a lot hotter than normal, especially this upcoming week. The temperatures are going to be on average 29 degrees. That really pisses me off, doesn't the weather know we have to go to work and school? How dare it be so hot and beautiful outside while we're forced to be cooped up in a office or classroom?
2. It's barely going to rain.
What about my crops?! I need rain or else my corn harvest is going to suck this year. Plus I'll have to wash my own car instead of letting nature take care of it. The lines will be much longer at LaRonde since it will be so beautiful out, and rain gutter won't have anything useful to do, we'll have start calling them just plain "gutters". Such a shame.
3. It isn't going to snow at all.
What kind of bullshit is this? How the fuck am I supposed to build a snowman with no snow?
4. There won't be any lightening storms.
Sounds good at first, but picture this scenario. You travel back in time with a Delorian time machine and you didn't bring enough plutonium to power the flux capacitor and make the trip back. Now I bet you wish you had some lightening, how else are you going to generate 1.21 gigawatts?
5. The temperatures are going to be way above average.
Mother nature obviously doesn't care about averages, now the averages are going to be all out of whack and next year even if we have nice weather, it will seem shittier in comparison to this year. Now we'll have no way of knowing if the weather is nice or not.
