Okay that was a terrible joke, but it is relevant information because soon Montreal will be invaded by an army of flesh-eating zombies.
Which isn't the end of the world because Montreal is the best place to survive a zombie apocalypse.

On October 29, 2016 Montreal will be hosting the annual Zombie Walk in the city.
In case you don't know what this event is, it's exactly what it sounds like.
Hundreds of Montrealers will gather downtown dressed in their most terrifying zombie outfits to stumble down the streets looking for victims and freaking out unsuspecting members of the public.
If you're wondering what the point this events is, you're obviously no fun at all and you should probably stay away from this event altogether.
But if you're planning on participating in the event, head on over to Place des Festivals on Saturday October 29th, and don't be late or you'll never catch up to the rest of the hoard. After all, zombies can't run very fast. (Except for those super zombies from world war Z.)
The zombie walk usually ends with a party and in past years there have even been makeup artists on site to give people zombie makeovers.
