However, it is important to ensure you take care of your health and stay proactive. Here are some tricks to eradicate those nasty bugs and stay ill-free.

1. Hydrate yourself

Your immune system is working twice as hard to fight off un welcomed bacteria. Make sure your body stays hydrated to keep your immune system firing optimally.

2. Take a probiotic

Probiotics are healthy bacteria’s. Its initial purpose is to consume as much space as possible so that the bad bacteria don’t have the opportunity in developing further or even entering your system in the first place. Probiotics have also been proven to improve digestive function, increase mineral absorption, and improve immune response.

3. Drink Green Tea

Green Tea is filled with anti-oxidants and poly-phenols which aid the body in restoring damaged blood cells. This tea will boost immunity and prepare to fight off bacterial invasion.

4. Avoid copious amounts of dairy

This one might be a tough pill to swallow but dairy suppresses the immune system. Limiting and avoiding dairy products if you are already ill will most likely improve your symptoms.
