With the new year right around the corner, I am positive that all you guys are looking to join the gym as your New Year's resolution. One main goal for a lot of people is to get toned arms, but we all know how hard it is to be motivated to go to the gym. However, these 8 fit guys in Montreal are killing the arm game! Their Instagrams are HELLA motivating so be sure to check them out if you need that extra push to get those "arm goals"!

Favourite Arm Exercises:

1. pause sets are a great way to build upper body strength and control. I like to aim for 7 to 10 reps per set.

2. Clap Pushups

3. Planks (work your shoulders, arms, hip flexors, quads, back and stomach)

1. Reverse barbell curls, 3 sets of 25 reps

2. Low cable flyes (Chest)

3. Standing barbell military press


3. Get Arms Like @matsthetics

Favourite Arm Exercises:

1. shoulders: lateral raises 100 reps biceps: seated

2. biceps: seated dumbell curls 3-second

3. negatives triceps: close grip bench press

4. forearms: reverse grip barbell curl

Favourite Arm Exercises:

1. DB Push Up Row

2. DB Burpee to Bicep Curl (with push up)

3. DB Bent Over Row to Front Raise

4. DB Hammer Grip Squat Press

Choose weight that is challenging enough but not too heavy as it can limit your movement and can lead to injury if not properly executed

1. The 21 ( it's 3 sets of 7 reps with dumbells )

2. The chin-up ( old school but best exercise ever )

3. The bicep curl with the rope on a pulley machine
