8 Museums In Montreal You Can Attend For Free In December

The holidays are officially upon us, which means most people are trying to save money for vacations, Christmas gifts, and all those dreaded unforeseen holiday expenses.
Lucky for you, you live in Montreal, and if you plan accordingly you can take advantage of a ton of free activities, including many of Montreal's museums for FREE!
So if you desperately want to soak up some culture without spending a fortune you have two choices.

You can wait until next year for Montreal's free museum day in the spring, or you can take advantage of these 8 museums that offer some kind of free entrance deal at some point during the month of December.

There are few ways to get into the museum of fine arts for free. If you're under 30, the permanent collections are free. And for anyone over 30, you can simply borrow a museum pass from the Grande Bibliotheque.
