A Look Inside Montreal’s "Tour Des Canadiens 3": The City's Newest & Tallest Condo Building (11 Photos)
Guys, confession time: I LOVE looking at beautiful condo buildings. Thankfully, Montreal has no shortage of beautiful buildings and Montreal's newest condo building is some serious goals.
Tour Des Canadiens 3 is the third tower in the Tour Des Canadiens condo project that's basically reshaping downtown Montreal. Together they'll be some of the tallest residential buildings in the downtown core, and are part of the Quad Windsor, right across the street from the Bell Centre. One of the three condo towers is already completed. Tour Des Canadiens 2 is still under construction; then it's done, it'll be 55 storeys tall! Which, BTW, is just about the same size as the mega-impressive Tour Des Canadiens 3.
Through its above-ground Skybridge, Tour Des Canadiens 3 will be connected to the Metro and the all-new REM (Réseau express métropolitain) once it opens. So your commute? Yeah. Smooth as butter. Not that you'd have a very long commute anyway: the location of Tour Des Canadiens 3 is perfect if you love shopping, dining, or being in the heart of the city. Which, come on. Of course, you do.
Technically the Tour Des Canadiens 3 condo tower hasn't been fully built yet - but they officially broke ground on March 1, opened the sales office last weekend and are planning to be ready for residents to enjoy within the next three years, which means you shouldn't have to wait too long to experience this beautiful, upscale building in all its glory.
Other than just being straight-up modern, luxurious and highly gorgeous on the outside (and, sidenote, the Tour Des Canadiens 3 project will even have a beautiful Pocket Park green space similar to those found in New York City and cafe that will be accessible to everyone, not just condo residents!), plans are in the works to make it just as impressive on the inside!
How, you ask? Oh, friend. You might want to take a minute to absorb this one, but Tour Des Canadiens 3 comes with an indoor pool and spa, aka "the club", with a Mediterranean feel inspired by Mykonos (!!):
And a bar/Skylounge, with one seriously breathtaking view of all of Downtown Montreal. Literally, this is the coolest part of the condo building... and it's on the 55th floor!
Plus, since the Tour Des Canadiens 3 is obviously not just a condo building, but a home, it's got a super fun game room for you and your friends and neighbours to enjoy - in addition to a party room, too!
I know, guys. This is super impressive... but there's more. Their backyard/terrasse area looks like something that only exists in dreams, with a pool, bar, lounge area, cafe and more.
Being a Tour Des Canadiens resident also offers up a whole bunch of privileges. And since Tour Des Canadiens is the only project associated with the Montreal Canadiens, many of these privileges have to do with the team: such as a Montreal Canadiens welcome gift; a 10% discount on food at 1909 Taverne Moderne (situated right at the foot of the Bell Centre) with a personalized black card; a 15% discount at Tricolore Sports team store; random drawings for condo residents across all units, with prizes including an autographed jersey, tickets and more; access to pre-sales on concert and event tickets; and a whole bunch more!
If you want to have a legit sneak peak into what Tour Des Canadiens 3 will really be all about, then good news! The Tour Des Canadiens 3 sales office is officially opened at 750 Peel, corner St-Antoine.
Not only will you get to learn what it's all about, but you'll literally be able to immerse yourself in the project through a Virtual Reality experience, allowing you to explore the amenities, like the indoor pool and the outdoor cafe and terrasse. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM or Friday by private appointment.
Sound awesome? You know it does!
