This 18+ "Immersive" Haunted House In Montreal Makes You Part Of The Story

I love being scared, especially when it comes to haunted houses. Throughout Montreal, several haunted houses have already popped up for the season, but one in particular takes creepy to an entirely new level.
Malefycia is coming back to our city this October and it is not an event you are going to want to miss. Located in an old pharmacy on rue Sainte-Catherine, this is an experience like no other, especially if you are someone who thrives on thrills.
Every year, the organizers behind this event find another way to push the limits with their realistic décor, themes, and scenarios designed to haunt your dreams.
Malefycia wants to dig deep into your biggest fears and turn them into an "immersive theater" of "horror fiction" and eroticism."
Details about the 2019 edition are still under wraps. But last year, participants were plunged into a narrative in which surgeons attempted to perform medical procedures on the unwilling.

You might even get a little dirty this year. Upon arrival, you will have the choice to borrow thematic clothing to protect yourself from the ensuing mess. Leave your belongings in a cloakroom and enter a world of screams and fear.
This journey will last a little over an hour and will begin on Friday October 11 and will be open until the beginning of November.
If you are brave enough to dive into this vortex, make sure to make a reservation! Malefycia is not designed for children: you must be t lest 18 years old to attend.
This is not for anyone who is easily afraid. In order to get through this adventure you need to have a strong stomach and little to no fear. If that sounds like you, then this is the perfect fall activity for you to dive into.
