TL;DR Carlos Poulet, a new Portuguese rotisserie chicken spot just opened in the heart of The Village in Montreal.
Rotisserie-style Portuguese chicken is part of the bright and multi-faceted culinary repertoire of our city, just as much as bagels, smoked meat, and even poutine define our local food culture.
Whether you're nursing a terrible hangover, or you need an easy and satisfying dinner, picking up a perfectly seasoned Portuguese rotisserie chicken on the way home from work is considered a Montreal ritual just as much as complaining about potholes.

Carlos Poulet is officially open at 1278 Rue Sainte-Catherine east in the heart of The Village across the street from Beaudry Metro station.
