An Earthquake Has Struck Just Off The Coast Of Canada

An earthquake was reported just off the coast of Bella Bella, B.C. The west coast of Canada and the United States have experienced many earthquakes in the last few days, according to the USGS.

The earthquake recorded in Bella Bella has been recorded at magnitudes varying between 4.6 and 5.6. Earthquakes Canada has recorded it as being a 5.1 magnitude quake.

As of now, there are no reports of structural damage or injuries to any people.

The earthquake happened at approximately 5:51 local time, which is at around 8:51 a.m. in Montreal. The USGS recorded three separate shakes, at 5:51, 5:58 and 6:03 a.m.

The earthquake took place just outside of Bella Bella, on the coast of B.C.

According to Earthquakes Canada, "there are no reports of damage, and none would be expected. No tsunami expected."

According to Global News, a number of earthquakes have been reported in the area since June, ranging from 3.1 to 5.8 in magnitude.

This earthquake takes place just after a report that Canada is ill-prepared to deal with the effects of climate change, like more frequently occuring natural disasters.

An earthquake was recorded just off the coast of Canada this morning. The earthquake was recorded at a magnitude of between 4.6 and 5.6. It struck just off of Bella Bella. There are no reports of injuries or damage due to the earthquake.
