Bacon + Avocado = Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries

We've said it once, and we'll keep on saying it forever because it's the truth: everything is better with bacon. Avocados included.

We were already blown away by the avocado fries at L'Gros Luxe, but these succulent suckers, wrapped in a (not-so) healthy coating of bacon take things to a whole new level of flavour and grease.

At least they're baked, which is slightly better.

The process is simple: slice avocados into french-fry shapes, wrap 'em in bacon, and put them in the oven until the bacon crisps up.

Then you gorge.
