Everyone knows sweet potato fries are the superior fry. Classics can be improved, and the orange cousin to the traditional French fry truly is more tasty, and slightly better for you. But how do you ameliorate an already bettered French fry? Add bacon, duh.
The process couldn't be more simple: just cut your sweet potato into fry-sticks, season if you like (smoked paprika goes a long way here) then wrap 'em in bacon and put 'em in the oven. Just be sure not to use thick cut bacon and you're set for a whole 'nother kinda fry.
Baking these bad boys makes them seem kinda healthy, but we all know that diet concerns went right out the window as soon as bacon came into the picture. For reference, you can check out a couple recipes for Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato Fries (from Health-Bent & Cup of Sugar) but the recipe really is as simple as described above.
