1. GaNaDaRa

1862 Boul de Maisonneuve E

The first thing you might notice about GaNaDaRa is the lineup outside. Trust me on this one, friends: wait the lineup. It’s a testament to how awesome GaNaDaRa truly is - and the tasty, fresh, amazing treasures inside are more than worth the wait. Literally everything is delicious, so if I were to start recommending dishes, we’d be here all day. Their Chicken Cheese Katsu and Salmon Rocket dishes, though? They deserve a standing ovation.

4. DaWa

6135 Rue Sherbrooke O

DaWa specializes in Korean-style fried chicken, and let me tell you, they do it amazingly well. Crisp, juicy, and downright delicious, there's absolutely no way you can go wrong with a chicken feast from DaWa. Bonus points for their awesome service and super friendly atmosphere, too.

5. Mon Ami

6290 Avenue Somerled

Another restaurant that specializes in Korean style chicken, Mon Ami gets all the points for their on-point oven chicken (their succulent chicken with sweet sauce is so, so delicious), although their non-chicken dishes are super fresh and tasty as well. Go try Mon Ami, my friends, and hold back tears of pure happiness as you do.

6. Kimbob Cafe

1771 Ave Cardinal

OMG, all the yums. Kimbob is a delicious Korean eatery in Dorval. In addition to having some of the most delicious Beef Saute in existence, Kimbob also offers a mouthwatering breakfast menu. Protip: try their fried ice cream. Thank me later.

7. Kantapia

364 Rue Sherbrooke O

Friendly staff? Check. Delicious, legit food? Check. A welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere? Check. All of this makes Kantapia one of the best Korean restaurants thus far, but if you really want to seal the deal? Try their beef Kimbap, which is sort of like a Korean version of sushi. So. Much. Awesomeness.

8. Négasake

70 Rue Prince Arthur E

Two words: OMG, Bibimbap. Okay, that was actually one word and an acronym. But still, those are pretty much the only words you'll be able to form once trying the awesome food at Négasake. Although their Bibimbap is particularly amazing, don't let that pigeonhole you. All of their food is super top notch, and super affordable. Which means that there are no wrong decisions - and also means you're more than free to go beast.
