People often times can be distinguished by the unique particularities that come with their chosen profession. Certain habits they've picked up along the way through either learned skills, or simply because it comes with the territory. Montreal being full of bars, is obviously populated by many bartenders. Montreal bartenders are a special breed. They do things differently than the rest of us, but we'll forgive 'em, because after all, they get us drunk, and we like getting drunk.
