Since it's Friday, I know what you're all thinking: "it's almost the weekend!". As the best time of the week approached, I'm sure you're making plans with friends and trying to decide what to do.
One thing you should definitely do this weekend is hit up a great brunch spot in Montreal! I know brunch is my favourite meal of the week, and I love sharing a great meal with my friends (IRL and on Instagram).
With so amazing restaurants, I decided to compile a list of all the great brunch spots in Montreal you HAVE to try. So grab your friends and get your filters ready to take cute pics of your brunch.
25. Bistro Rosie
A cute restaurant with fresh ingredients, served on the cutest dishes. They offer many classic dishes in a fashionable style.
24. Regine Cafe
Get the most bang for your buck from this delicious brunch place. They serve huge portions at a fraction of the price of most places. They have pastries and delicious breakfast sandwiches that are to die for.
23. Le Boucan
This delicious smokehouse is known for their ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and poutine. Try their brunch- including mimosas (orange, grapefruit or creation of the day), french toast or eggs. If you're extremely hungry, go for their "Pitboss Brunch"- smoked ham, smoked bacon, brisket, 1/2 rack of ribs, 2 eggs, fries and cucumber salad!
For that perfect balance of greasy yet fresh food, you have to check out Junior, located in Griffintown. They specialize in classic Philippino dishes and have a mouth-watering brunch menu.
21. Brasserie 701
Located in the heart of Old Montreal, the decor is as good as the food. With beautiful chandeliers placed throughout this huge space, you'll feel fancy on the weekend. Oh and they also have bottomless mimosas for 2 hours.

Easy like Sunday Morning – grab a classic Montreal dish at this location. Get a deluxe bagel with all the fixings and you'll be ready to take on your day.

For the ladies who love to brunch and be seen – check out this exquisite place. Fancy and gourmet brunch dishes that you just have to try. While you're eating a delicious breakfast sandwich why not treat yourself to some champagne?
Grab some insanely delicious homemade doughnuts with your cappuccino and you'll be so happy you did. Or try a delectable french toast.

With a funky interior full of grafitti, Restaurant L'Avenue will transport you to a hip European downtown. Come hungry, leave full after a delicious brunch. Oh and they also have some incredibly delicious mimosas – try the basil and blueberry one.
Located near the Atwater market, this amazing little French-styled restaurant is the perfect spot for brunch. It's a great place to curb your cravings. They have chicken waffles and fluffly pancakes!

If you're feeling like a healthier brunch spot, this place is for you. After feeling limber from your early morning yoga class, stay for a delicious açai bowl.

Great restaurant if you want a classic brunch like eggs benedict. The best part is that they offer discounts for students – 10% off!

If you're extremely hungry, I suggest you head here for a massive, delicious crêpe. They offer savoury and sweet selections, of course.

This brunch spot has an ever changing menu and uses fresh, local ingredients. Try their roasted pork belly, poached egg, marinated red & yellow beets, sour cream & poppy seed toast.
10. Le Chien Fumant
Definitely a hidden gem in Montreal, this is one place you have to bring your friends. They have a brunch menu that is one of a kind and includes a breakfast enchilada with hashbrowns, blt, and pork belly chili sauce.
9. Olive et Gourmando
This restaurant isn't new, it's been around for 20 years and definitely knows what it is doing! Known for its crispy granola and some other simple yet delicious menu items, Olive et Gourmando is the place to be!

Calling all bagel lovers – this place is for you! Get a classic bagel or one of their more "spruced up" ones and you'll fall in love all over again. This was also Leonard Cohen's old haunt!

Maison Publique is known for its market-fresh dishes and comfy environment. Stuff your face with some amazing pancakes and cure that hangover from the night before.

This restaurant serves some truly unique items. If you're feeling nostalgic, you can opt for a classic cereal, like Captain Crunch. But they also offer some other incredible items like matcha pancakes, smoothie bowls, and sweet potato waffles.
Known as much for their decor as they are for their food, LOV will inspire you to capture every moment of your brunch with bae. They use fresh ingredients and they're also vegan friendly!
1. Arthurs Nosh Bar
A bright, stylish space, this restaurant specializing in Jewish cuisine serves an incredible brunch! Try something different like their Moroccan Toast. Spots usually tend to fill up really fast, so get there before the crowd!
