We've quite possibly got some of the best restaurants in the world, in my opinion; every spot is great in its own right, to be honest, so it's always a little difficult to narrow down which ones are truly the best.

But there are a few spots that are universally loved. Just keep in mind, though, that what makes a spot go from "good" to "amazing" is personal opinon. What's amazing to me might just be good to you, and vice versa, so at the end of the day, it's up to you to decide the spots that amaze you the most!

Everything is made with passion and love, and although there's no such thing as a dish that won't make you happy at Impasto, their homemade chacuterie board (with homemade mortadella, and more!) is sure to leave you wanting more.

But trust me, don't shy away from their other dishes. Personally, I'm a huge fan of their super fresh squid plate, for example.
