Invented in Taiwan back in the 80's, Bubble Tea has never been more popular worldwide. Also known as pearl milk tea or boba tea because of the chewy tapioca balls, or "bubbles"commonly added, most recipes contain a tea base mixed with fruit or milk and sometimes blended with ice.
