Montreal Opens All-New Ramen Restaurant
Slurpy delights ahead.
Alright, guys, I have a confession: I am obsessed with ramen. Legit. I'm not the biggest fan of soup, to be totally honest, but ramen? I could slurp it up for days and days and still go back for more.
Of course the obsession intensifies during winter, when it's literally below freezing outside and you need something delicious to warm you up. For me, there's nothing quite like a steaming hot bowl of ramen to cure the winter blues.
Seeing as I go to Concordia, I like to think I have a pretty solid list of all the ramen spots in the immediate area. And now, much to my absolute delight, I've got another place to add to the list.
Schlouppe Bistrot Nakamichi (2159 Rue Mackay) is a brand new ramen shop on Concordia's SGW campus, having opened up officially earlier in January.
Made using Japanese chicken based broth, Nakamichi's ramen promises to be as authentic Japanese as it gets. Does this sound like just the thing you need to combat winter in Montreal? Awesome. Check out their Facebook page for more information.
