Brand New Cafes In Montreal You Need To Check Out As Soon As Possible

Honestly, the coffee culture in Montreal is on point. We love our lattes, we love our cappuccinos, and most of all, we love our cafes.

And can you blame us? There's something magical about an awesome cafe. When the vibes, the atmosphere, and, of course, the coffee, are all amazing... then awesome things happen, friends.

Honestly, if you're in the mood for one of the best lattes you'll ever have in your life, then you absolutely need to get to this Villeray cafe. Bonus points for the beautiful decor and welcoming, warm vibe.


2. Cafe Chiado

Situated in Rosemont, this cafe is cute, welcoming, and is one seriously awesome spot to grab your next cup of coffee.


3. Cafe Zezin

This Brazillian cafe just outside of Little Italy is pretty much brand new, and one of the most awesome places to grab a coffee. Bonus points for their awesome Brazillian breakfasts, too.


4. Pigeon Espresso

Although this place is marketed as the worst espresso shop ever, you need to know that that's a huge lie. They're actually one of the best espresso shops ever; and if their awesome coffee doesn't do it for you, their trendy, welcoming vibe will.


5. Cafe Nomade

Located in the Boxotel, this cute cafe is convenient, inviting, trendy, and just straight-up awesome. They serve healthy food, too, so if you're in the mood to eat something quick and delicious, you know where to go.


6. Shaughnessy Cafe

This cafe has some of the chillest vibes in the city. A hub for students, this spot offers lots of space, and some seriously good coffee.


7. Cafe Spoon

Situated right on Crescent street, this downtown cafe is super trendy and seriously adorable. More than that, though, the coffee here is awesome, so even if you've got a busy day, you can take it to go.

Although this isn't strictly brand new, Cafe Osmo should totally be on your list of places to check out this winter. It's comforting, modern, and the coffee here? Simply amazing.
