Cadbury Is Looking To Pay People To Become Official "Chocolate Tasters" For New Top Secret Products

The saying is true: find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life. But sometimes it's easier said than done. Not everyone has a dream opportunity just fall at their feet, and it can take years before you even find a job you like! Luckily, new job offers hit the market everyday, so all you have to do is keep your eyes peeled for the next exciting position that could be yours.

Well, as if your prayers for a dream job were heard,Cadbury has just recently begun a search for 12 lucky people to fill a pretty unique position. The candy company is searching for a "chocolate taster" to join their team. The position requires chocolate tasters to assist in testing brand new product and giving an honest opinion on its quality.

TL;DR Cadbury is searching for 12 people to become chocolate tasters for brand new products and offer feedback and honesty on all products eaten. The wage begins at $14/hr with only basic eligibility requirements. The position is located in England, but applying for a visa isn't as difficult for Canadians as you may think. More details below.

And yes, this position does pay. In fact, a starting wage as a chocolate taster is $14/hr.

As if it couldn't get better, the position does not require any experience, and only asks that if you're applying you don't have any dietary allergies, can speak fluent English, and are able to be honest and work well with a team.

Needless to say, this already sounds like the opportunity of a lifetime.

The only catch is that the job offer is across the pond in Workingham, England. This might not be too big of an obstacle though, as it turns out applying for a "Youth Mobility Scheme" Visa has never been easier.

You're eligible to apply for this visa if you want to:

  • Live and work in the UK for up to 2 years
  • Are aged 18 to 30
  • Have at least $3,315 CAD in savings
  • Are Canadian or from one of the other eligible countries
