This year, chances are that you or someone you know has been hit with the flu.
That's because according to Public Health Agency of Canada the flu is at peak levels across the country.

There is a huge spike in people needing medical care, especially children.
3,000 people have been hospitalized including 500 kids, and there have been widespread infections in BC, Ontario, Quebec and P.E.I.
And it's not just simple hospital visits, this flu season has been extremely deadly.
So far 130 people have died and another 258 required intensive care. It has been the worst flu outbreak since the 2009 swine flu.
