As the day for the historic event "One World: Together At Home" approaches, the list of artists participating in it continues to grow. And now, Quebecers should all the more desire to tune in on April 18 since Céline Dion we know that will be making an appearance. Isn't this the good news we all needed?
As Quebecers, we have a million and one reasons to be proud of having a figure like Céline Dion representing our province.
From her humble childhood to iconic fashion sense and loving encounters with fans to wacky interviews, we can't help but adore our sweet Céline.
And now, we can take pride in the fact that our Québécoise queen is participating in one of the first-ever events like it's kind: "One World: Together At Home."
According to its website, Global Citizen was asked by the World Health Organization (WHO) to unite the world through music during these difficult times, and that's how such an event came to be.
Now, with over 100 amazing artists ready to partake in the cause, "One World: Together At Home," is set to be one of the largest global broadcasts in existence.
Global Citizen confirmed that the order that artists will appear in will not be released before the event, so you need to make sure to watch it all if you want to see your favourites!
Céline shared her excitement for this upcoming event to all of her Instagram followers.
She included the caption "I'm honored to be joining @glblctzn along with so many others to support health care workers on the frontlines of the #COVID19 crisis."
