City Of Montreal Announces All New St. Laurent Street Bike Path

The city of Montreal has announced a plan to build a bike path on St. Laurent that will run from Bernard to Bellchasse.

Bikers and pedestrians will be very pleased, as the area is now a near-death trap to anyone on foot or bike. You're either forced to ride next a two-ton car or traverse the sketchy walkway underneath the overpass.

A whole makeover will be given to the area, making this patch connecting Mile End and Little Italy much more beautiful.

Bikers will now have much easier access from getting downtown to the northern ends of Montreal, and vice versa.
