In case you haven't been following, last Monday 10-year old Montreal boy Ariel-Jeremy Kouakou was reported missing after having left his home to go to a friends house on his own Monday afternoon.
An Amber Alert had been issued, to be taken down the very next morning - and the child is still missing.
The family had begun to offer a reward to anybody who knows where Kouakou is and can help to locate the missing boy.
Champion boxer, Adonis Stevenson donated $15k to the family to help find the missing boy - making the total amount offered by the Kouakou family $25k.
Since then, the police have been checking river banks, inside neighbouring areas, garages and neighbour's properties. Police say they have received over 240 tips about Ariel-Jeffrey Kouakou.
Today, the police are planning to deploy divers into the river - permitting that conditions are safe.

The family has seen wide-spread support in the search of their son through this GoFundMe page, which has surpassed the goal of only $1000.
"It's been very tough. The school's been very somber this week," says one of Monsieur Frédéric's colleagues, English teacher Dahlia Merlo. "We all love him. He's a very, very kind man. He's new at the school this year, but he integrated very, very well. He's a cherished member of the staff."
