I don't consider myself to be vegan, but I do enjoy eating vegan, and so I'm always on the lookout for cool vegan recipes or dishes or spots in Montreal.

And one super cool spot serving up vegan delights? Montreal's DoughNats (5319 Boulevard Décarie), a donut shop that opened their brick and mortar/pick-up location recently.

DoughNats serves up some seriously tasty donut flavours, like their "Ice Cap" coffee donut, "Pink Elephant" raspberry donut, and - my personal favourite - their Cinder(Nut)ella, sugar-dusted dough stuffed with Nutella.

While their donuts are made with natural and fresh ingredients that do contain milk, eggs, and butter, according to their website, you can order pretty much any flavour vegan, baked, or gluten-sensitive.

And if that's not enough for you, they even have "triple threat" donuts: vegan, baked, gluten-free donuts available on special order.
