Turns out Sunday is the best night of the weekend to go out, at least this Sunday was, as any and everyone who happened to be at Le Belmont last night got an impromptu and entirely unannounced performance from everyone's Canadian rapper: Drake. It's okay, we experienced some intense post-FOMO once we heard too.

PartyNextDoor, who is signed on Drake's record label OVO Sound, performed at Le Belmont last night, starting his "PND Live" tour with the help of Ryan Playground, and completely to everyone's surprise, Drake himself. Obviously the crowd went nuts as the duo performed "Recognize" together (according to hotnewhiphop) with a mass amount of pictures taken to immortalize the moment.

Drake's random Montreal appearances didn't end at Le Belmont. Like any good celebrity, Drake went out after the show, hitting up Apt. 200 for the night, which was the official venue for the PartyNextDoor Afterparty. We were there shooting the event, so more pics of Drake being a boss in Montreal are on the way.

To tide you over, here are some shots and clips of Drake at Le Belmont, taken by the lucky Montrealers who were in attendance.
