Duck Fat Poutine Stuffed Fries Is The Most Glorious Dish Ever Put On A Plate
It may be too delicious to handle.

I have to tip my hat to whoever managed to reinvent the poutine. As I've said in the past, simply adding new ingredients to a poutine doesn't create a new dish. The last person who managed such an incredible feat was @EpicMook when he created the Tornado Poutine.
But now a reddit user has decided that topping fries with cheese and gravy just isn't good enough. So he litterally embedded cheese and gravy onto the fries themselves. Oh and did I mention that these are gloriously large french fries cooked in duck fat?
Here's how to make it:
- Cut up your potato.
- Freeze them for an hour
- Coat with a mix of flour, garlic salt, onion powder and paprika.
- Heat the duck fat to 370 and fry up those potatoes.
- Drizzle some gravy on top add some cheese curds and bake lightly to make the cheese melt.
- Drizzle a bit more gravy if needed and enjoy!
