- La Distillerie has opened its 4th location in Longueuil.
- This is the first iteration of the popular bar off Montreal Island.
One of Montreal’s favourite eateries, La Distillerie, has opened a fourth location in Longueuil and brace yourselves because it might be the best version yet.
The team behind the popular Montreal bar shared the news this week that, at the end of June, it had opened its doors for the first time off Montreal Island. Founded in 2005, La Distillerie already housed three cocktail bars and a hostel in Montreal but opening on the other side of the bridge is a new ball game.
La Distillerie is known best for its variety of cocktails as well as its countless scrumptious bites. This new location does not disappoint with a menu that includes jambalaya, mini-calzones, butter chicken, and macaroni and cheese.
The tea has organized both the drink and food menu by flavour profiles like fresh, classic and tropical, allowing patrons to more easily choose the beverage to fit their mood. This brasserie also has a number of vegan and gluten-free options.
This location has teamed up with the incredible Marie-Pier Morin to create a menu that is inspired by "the food of the world." All items are made for sharing and worth trying.
La Distillerie no.4 has a restaurant permit, which means in order to indulge in their zesty cocktails, you must order a little nosh to do so but the food is so good, you are going to want to order much more than just one plate.
They also have a special late night menu for those night owls reading this. From Sunday to Wednesday starting at 10 p.m. there with be 25% off selected items as well as an 11$ dessert trilogy.
Montrealers shouldn't be afraid to go out and try the new venture, either! To some, Longueuil seems like a really far trek outside of the comfort of our little island but the reality is, it is only a bridge away.
