Why you need to try it: Served at The Blue Boy, you will find this delicious waffle that is tinted brown on the outside hides a pronounced mauve-coloured inside. It is possible to accompany it with ice cream and a latte of the same colour. If you choose the taro latte, you can both enjoy the flavour while filling up with vitamin C, fibre, calcium, and iron.
