'Elementality' Turns Music, Graffiti And Tacos Into An Epic Park Chilling

The season of sunny park chillings is almost done--but the party ain't over yet. This Saturday, Elementality invites you to celebrate its 2nd anniversary at their Elementakiza: Hip Hop You Don't Stop event in Girouard Park featuring rap and DJ guestsgraffiti competitionsbboy shows and three kinds of crazy-delicious taco!

Musical guests include K6A, fresh from their new album KosséçaCeasRock, who just released his single 10.5 with French music label FAKE  MUSIC, and Heavy Soundz, Agua Nera, Obia & Cotola, Vocal Osmoz, and Nomad Sounds, who brought together musical talents like The Fusionists.

For art-lovers, Montreal's wildest artist collective MTL ZOO will be spraying up trucks for a graffiti competition with a $300 prize, and leading a stencil workshop for kids. And dancers, there will be urban dance competitions for women and men with $250 and $500 prizes, as well as a DJ roster that includes Fatsak, Benny Lava, and Frank Blvd.

The event runs 12 p.m - 8 p.m. at Girouard Park, corner Sherbrooke and Girouard, with different start times for each section. For more information, check out the Facebook page.

The event is presented with sponsors Sub-V, LRG, Moog Audio et MTL ZOO and partners including the City of Montréal,the Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, Maison des Jeunes Côte-des-Neiges/Jeunesse 2000,  Centre Communautaire de Loisir de la Côte-des-Neiges, Ghetto Érudit, Head in Hand, Tandem and Éco-Quartier NDG.
