I dream in brie; cream cheese is my accessory of choice; and my pasts isn't really pasta but a vestibule for Parmigiano.\nSo imagine how excited I was to find out about a FREE Cheese Festival taking place in Montreal this upcoming February 2016. Super excited, friends - so excited, in fact, that I've decided to selflessly share the details with you. I know, I know. Less cheese for me. But it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.\nQuebec cheesemakers will be at Montreal's very own Complexe Desjardins from February 18 - 20, 2016. Not only will they be able to take your cheese appreciation to a whole other level with their heavenly cheese creations, but they'll also be there to answer your questions, and engage you in cheese-versation. (That's like conversation, but with cheese).\nOh, and since there cannot be fromage without wine, the "Festival of Our Cheeses" will offer wine and beer for you to pair your morsels of gastronomical greatness with. I know, friends. I know.\nIf free admission to a cheese and wine haven seems too good to be true, then I have one word for you: believe.
