Montreal Is Opening An All-New "Fresh Pasta" Restaurant
Get your forks ready.
Guys, what's your favourite food? Is it ravioli? Is it? Is it spaghetti? Whatever it is, it's sure to be some sort of pasta dish, right? Pasta is everyone's fave. Pasta is life.
Of course, those of you who follow me on social media know how much I adore pasta. I make it fresh at home; I've incorporated it into my diet; very soon I will turn into a plate of gnocchi and everything will be right with the world. But before that, I'm always scouting for new places to enjoy one of my most favourite dishes.
Trattoria Luciano (1212 Rue Saint Zotique E) is one of Little Italy's newest eateries, having been opened for about three months now. Their menu has a solid offering of traditional Italian appetizers - like meatballs and mozzarella Bufala - as well as a handful of meat options.
Their main focus, though? Pasta. Their pasta choices include pappardelle with braised rabbit, lobster spaghetti, and five mushroom ravioli. If this seems like your newest fave - and, let's be honest, it totally does - then don't forget to check them out on Facebook.
