Montreal is a city known for our orange cones, our beautiful women and, of course, our incredible eats. We Montrealers get very spoiled when it comes to food. Our city is so rich in culture that we are exposed to delicious eats from around the globe in every part of the city. Montreal really has something to offer anyone when it comes to food.\nBut because there are so many options in our city, a lot of restaurants get ignored or forgotten.\nWe live in a society almost obsessed with trends set by social media, which means that there are a few restaurants in our municipality that are not getting the love they deserve.\nBelow are a few Montreal restaurants that deserve your attention.\nCafé Smile\nView this post on Instagram Mmmmmm..... portugese chicken. Clara makes me smile everytime :-) A post shared by Melanie Vallieres (@lifeswag_mtl) on May 3, 2018 at 4:46pm PDT\nWhere: 5486 Blvd. St-Laurent\nWhat: This family-run restaurant located on boulevard Saint-Laurent is most popular amongst those working at renowned software giant Ubisoft. Droves of staff make their way across the street from their office each day. Smile is known for its mouth-watering Portuguese chicken, but I must say after trying nearly everything on the menu, that is not the only thing worth indulging in. Not only is the food delicious, but you can eat like a king at an affordable price. Your only regret: Why you had never tried it before!\nCheck out their website here.\nBilly Geez\nView this post on Instagram The Best #cleaneats A post shared by Katina Goulakos Merekyan🧿⚡️ (@katinagee) on Aug 25, 2016 at 10:17am PDT\nWhere: 6254 Ave. Somerled\nWhat: Located on Somerland in NDG, Billy Geez is one of those places you need to know about to even notice it in the first place. As a loyal customer for the past 13 years, I can assure you that it will be one of the tastiest and most juicy burgers you will ever have. Their special sauce combined with their freshly made patties are sure to have you coming back for more. Not only are the burgers incredible, but the poutine, hot dogs and chicken wings are also top notch.\nCheck out their website here.\nTasty Food Pizza\nView this post on Instagram Well when in the hood we must stop for lunch at Tasty Food!! #pizza #tastyfood #montreal #foodie A post shared by Craig Goodman (@craiggoodmanrealtor) on Jun 14, 2018 at 9:38am PDT\nWhere: 6660 Blvd. Decarie\nWhat: Tasty Food Pizza’s earliest incarnation dates back to 1958 and its history is filled with fires, floods and of course, delicious pizza. Tucked away in Park Ex, Tripolis is one of those places that you pray will never close. Serving some of the most delicious salads and lamb chops in the city, there is no one that does family style Greek food like it… well maybe in Greece but definitely not in in the 514.\nCheck out their website here.\nRestorante Primo e Secondo\nView this post on Instagram Indian summer starts with Paccheri with yellow pomodoro fresco and burratta #primoesecondo #nycstyle #mtl #foodporn #montreal #paccheri #buratta #cheflife #fall A post shared by Roberto Stabile (@primoesecondo) on Sep 16, 2017 at 10:46am PDT\nWhere: 7023 Rue St-Dominique\nWhat: By far the priciest restaurant on our list, Primo e Secondo is a go-to for special occasions.
