Vietnam is far away, but in a city as cultural as Montreal, there is obviously a little taste of Vietnam somewhere, you just have to know where to look!

Red Tiger, one of Montreal’s most loved Vietnamese restaurants is collaborating with "Les Premiers Vendredis" in hopes of bringing a Vietnamese cultural event to our city that you won't be able to stop talking about.

The Montreal Vietnamese community is going to stir things up in our city next week with one of the tastiest and most noteworthy food festivals to come to Montreal.

This insane food fest will take place next week at Parc Olympique and it is not a food fest you are going to want to sleep on.

There will be a ton of amazing traditional Vietnamese street foods to pick from and for those of you who have never tried Vietnamese food, you are in for a treat. There is so much flavour and simplicity to their dished and the lightness in every bite makes each dish sensational.

Vietnam is a country filled with incredible people, joyful streets and mouth-watering food and Festival Viet Montreal wants to bring that same vibe to the 514.

This is the perfect opportunity to explore their culure and be educated on Vietnamese traditions, all while munching on some pretty decadent eats.

Not only will there be a slew of food and an abundance of good energy but the festival will also include games, dancing and music to ensure that this is an event to remember.

This new festival is up and coming in Montreal and their aim is to celebrate the Vietnamese culture and heritage alongside fellow Montreal locals, which is what our city is all about.

Montreal is about embracing and learning about different cultures, experiencing their foods while hearing their stories. This is one of the reasons why our city is so special and one of the many reasons why I am personally proud to call Montreal home.

In addition to the undeniably awesome food, the event will also have games, music, dancing and more! Check out all the details below.
