But lo and behold somehow this one slipped through our radar. So without further ado, we would like to proudly present the Pizza Poutine.\nIt's such a simple concept and yet it excites our taste buds more than the fanciest and most complicated gourmet dish you could think of. The bonus part is, you can assemble one yourself with little or no effort. All you need is pizza dough, fries, cheese curds and gravy.\nFor the truly lazy we suggest buying a pre-made poutine because making poutine from scratch means that you'll have to wait 10 minutes longer before you're able to eat this masterpiece and I think that's simply unacceptable. But if you really want to make it from scratch, go for it. I won't provide a recipe because if you're from Montreal and you're reading you probably already know how to make poutine.\nSo once you have your pizza dough and your poutine ready you're good to go. Shape your pizza dough and pour some gravy evenly across the entire surface except for the crust. Throw on a generous serving of fries, pack as many cheese curds as you can and top off with more gravy. Bake it for 5-25 minutes at 425 degrees and you'll be in Pizza Poutine Nirvana in no time.
